Placing Advertisements
Price for placing an advertisement in sections For Sale and For Rent:
8 weeks – EUR 3.5 with VAT,
4 weeks – EUR 2 with VAT,
2 weeks – EUR 1.25 with VAT.
A special offer for companies and natural persons depending on the total number of advertisements submitted for sections For Sale and For Rent:
10-25 objects – EUR 1.5 with VAT for each object per month,
26-50 objects – EUR 1.35 with VAT for each object per month,
51-100 objects – EUR 1.21 with VAT for each object per month,
101-300 objects – EUR 1.1 with VAT for each object per month,
301-500 objects – EUR 1 with VAT for each object per month,
501-1,000 objects – EUR 0.9 with VAT for each object per month,
1001 and more objects – EUR 0.8 with VAT for each object per month.
If a new user/customer deletes his/her announcement from the portal prior to expiry of the selected positioning deadline, the service paid by him/her is considered as provided in full amount. During the period till the end of the publishing deadline the user is entitled to deactivate or reactivate the announcement according to his/her own discretion.
Stand-out Announcements
Coverage of a wider audience of potential customers is ensured by making your announcement stand out with a frame and listing it in a top 15 position of the total object list and first positions of the particular section search results. Prices:
1 week – EUR 50 with VAT,
2 weeks – EUR 90 with VAT,
4 weeks – EUR 160 with VAT.
Placing the New Project button on the main page Section New Objects in portal varianti.lv – when clicking on the button a user is forwarded to the website of the respective project:
8 weeks – EUR 325 with VAT,
4 weeks – EUR 180 with VAT,
2 weeks – EUR 100 with VAT.
Maximum number of the New Project buttons — 20 positions.

Mandatory requirement — high quality, attractive and highly artistic picture or sketch of the object to be promoted. The portal editorial reserves the right not to accept any advertisement from a customer if the main visualisation of the object does not correspond to the set requirements.
