Estonian real estate developers Invego and Reterra will invest 14 million euros in the new residential project Skanstes Rezidences in Riga, the planned completion date of the development is the end of 2025. "The sale of apartments in Skanstes Rezidences started last week and the first apartments have already been booked," Kristjan-Thor Vahi, head of Invego, said. According to him, it is a rapidly developing district right on the edge of the city center.

"The project consists of two buildings connected by a common lobby and a spacious underground parking lot," Kaspar Markus, marketing and sales director of Reterra, said. According to him, the architects' reasoning behind the separation of the buildings is the aim of bringing daylight and views of the city into each apartment. A total of 67 one- to four-room apartments with balconies and terraces will be built in two eight-story buildings.

Each apartment will be equipped with a separate mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system and underfloor heating. The new A-class energy-efficient residential complex will be connected to the centralized heating system and will have energy piles, which will increase the energy efficiency of the buildings. All apartments will be sold designed by designers and completely finished.
