The number of soviet period serial apartments offered in Riga in January this year was 11% less than in the first month of 2018. While in the capital in general, the supply of apartments has decreased by 18%. Such figures were voiced by Arco Real Estate agency. According to their analysis, the largest choice of standard-type apartments in January 2019 was offered in Purvciems, and the most modest - in Bolderāja. The average level of housing prices of Soviet-built was 797 euros per square meter. The most expensive mass-produced apartments in the capital’s microdistricts were located on Teika (here the average price was 955 euros per sq. m), the cheapest - in Bolderāja (573 euros).
