In December 2017, the supply of apartments in Riga dropped by 8 percent from the previous month, while supply in Riga's largest residential neighborhoods decreased by 7 percent, Arco RealEstate said in its latest housing market review.
The supply remained considerably lower compared to December 2016 – the overall supply of apartments in Riga was 13 percent lower than a year ago, and the supply in the largest residential neighborhoods was 4 percent lower.
The highest supply of apartments was recorded in the neighborhoods of Purvciems, Kengarags and Imanta, while the lowest supply of apartments was in Bolderaja.
