One of the fifteen tallest buildings in Riga, named Printing House, will turn into a hotel. The current owners of the Riga's empty 20-storey skyscraper, the Lithuanian company Lords LB Asset Management signed agreement for opening Holiday Inn hotel in the capital of Latvia. It should happen in September 2022, and until this moment the  building is under reconstruction. The new hotel will include 280 rooms, a restaurant, a conference and banquet hall for 400 people, six meeting rooms, a car park and a fitness center. In accordance with the previously announced plan, Lords LB Asset Management was intended to invest 22 million euros in the first stage of development of the territory of the House of Printing.
