The first phase of the Magdelēnas kvartāls project, commissioned this spring, includes two 5-storey houses with 116 apartments. Sales are in progress. Summer deals in Magdelēnas kvartāls complex at prices even exceeding 4,000 euros per square meter are allready closed. The executive director of the developer of the project - Vastint Latvia - Roman Astakhov voiced the general guidelines for the next two stages of the development of the complex. According to him, within the framework of the second stage, a rental house with compact apartments will be built. The third stage will include an office building with shops and restaurants on the spot near the Antonijas street. Magdelēnas kvartāls also provides a place for a two-level parking.
