Real Estate! In according to the opinion of the largest part of the inhabitants of Latvia, real estate is the most attractive source for investing their money. These are results of a survey conducted by Swedbank: 46% of respondents gave this vote for this way of using available money. Another 26% found the most reasonable to invest in gold, and 18% - in life insurance. Still this is just opinion of Latvian society. In reality, only 9% of those who participated in the survey of the bank invested in real estate during the last year.
