In January 2025, compared to January 2024, the level of construction costs in Latvia increased by 2 percent, the Central Statistical Bureau said on Thursday. Labor remuneration of workers increased by 5.8 percent, maintenance and operational costs of machinery and equipment by 3.2 percent, while prices of building materials fell by 0.5 percent.
